We work for your community taking care of its daily needs.

We do not take on communities to forget them until the next Annual General Meeting. We understand that the service to the community is a continous and exhaustive process in all subjects regarding community.

We do not complete all the work from our office, we regularly visit your community to observe personally its’ condition and development and with this management the functions of the president become much easier. The president still has all the information and advice readily available in order to make the correct decisions.

You pay  for our services to forget about worries. We are the ones who must recognise the needs of the community, not the owners  needing  to instigate  it. We do not manage more communities than we are able to. We ensure that  enough and necessary time is given to each of them, and we are always available for you.
